Just been out for a run on a beautiful frozen morning! A bit slippy underfoot but it was great to get out into the green/white countryside and breath in the fresh air.
I did 25 minutes today at an easy enough pace, just over 2.5 miles according to Gmaps Pedometer. All felt ok.
Next week will be a bit hectic trying to fit it all in before Christmas Day!
