Just back from the pool and I am feeling much better about my swimming. Did 500m today and my shoulders are really good. Not overly tired at all. Yeeeehaaa! So next week I'll ease back into timed sessions to see if I can start getting the time down a little. I don't want to rush it though as there is still a long time to go until the summer.
The only thing about the next couple of weeks is that all the little sprogs (kids) will be off school and the pool will probably be packed out.
Anyway, run in the morning...and then a couple of nice meals out on Saturday and Sunday. Yummmy!
