It's been WAY too long. I'm embarrassed to even write how long. But finally I am back to doing some physical exercise. Ok, it was only 15 minutes on a cross-trainer, but it is a start. I have January all worked out and it will just be a matter of ticking off each activity. I'm also hoping to shift at least a stone and a half which I have put on over the last 6 months. Shameful!!!
